"So, I first read reviews & wasn't sure if it would work for me but I'm a believer in working on internal cleansing of your body so I gave it a shot. I waited a week before writing this review to really see if it works. I also had my WHOLE household take it. I took it first & the first day nothing happened. Well, it hit my son first who after about 10 minutes went *pooh* but he's naturally like that so I wasn't sure. Next, my daughter which shes pretty regularly as well but lately I don't believe was getting cleaned enough... & finally my fiance who for two days has been amazed at the results.
