I have never been a big water drinker. I am a Diet Coke addict, but dc doesn’t count as water, so on many occasions I have become severely dehydrated. This causes intense swelling in my hands, legs, and feet. And, if I let it get bad enough, my brain will get foggy. Obviously this is not good.

But in reality, your body needs a complete balance of everything that is this product in order for your body to quickly align itself. Its the same As an IV drip.
For people who dehydrate easily, workout, or had ONE too many the night before (not tested yet but sure it will be useful haha) this is the product you need. I feel 200% better after one stick in 16oz of water than I did an hour ago. This is truly amazing and i plan to purchase more for on hand use.
